One woman was slightly injured when the quake hit the region at around 11:30 this morning.
Local Jit Bahadur Ghale said over a phone that the tremor triggered quake at Bar and Dhami village.
These villages are two kilometers from Barpak, the epicenter of the deadly 7.9 magnitude earthquake last Saturday.
The first earthquake in 80 years has devastated Nepal and its city Kathmandu. Thus far more than 10,000 people have been declared dead with teh numbers continuing to increase daily.
Following Saturday’s quake, landslide had occurred in over a dozen places in Barpak.
Locals are being rescued and provided with relief material jointly by the team of Nepal Army and Indian Army.
A medical team had also reached the village where almost all the houses were wiped out in the quake. – Edited from ekantipur.com
